Delete your TellMeBuddy account

1. Open TellMeBuddy and tap More.
2. Tap Account & privacy.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm with your password. If you sign in with Apple or Google, type DELETE instead.

Sign in at tellmebuddy.com, open Account & privacy in the menu and choose Delete account. You don't need the app for this.

Email legal@tellmebuddy.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm it's you and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

• Your account: name, email, profile photo and password. Sign in with Apple access is revoked.
• All your pets and their profiles.
• Check-ins, diary entries, Buddy Scans and Ask Buddy chats, with every photo you uploaded.
• Vet reports and the vet findings you uploaded.
• Your email on our mailing list.
• A paid subscription is canceled right away, so you are not charged again.

If you manage a Buddy Family, it ends. Members keep the pets they added themselves.

• Payment and invoice records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. They hold no pet data.
• Usage and cost statistics that no longer contain your name, email or pet data.
• Our database backups expire on a rolling basis. Deleted data is gone from them within 35 days.
